What counts as a smart building electrical system?

Anything where the electrics talk to each other, from lighting that dims and senses occupancy to access control, HVAC interlocks and a single dashboard. If it needs wiring, commissioning and a sensible design, it's our patch.

Do you work on both new builds and existing buildings?

Yes, both. We design and install smart systems from the ground up on new sites, and we retrofit older buildings where the existing wiring needs careful assessing before anything goes in.

Which areas of the UK do you cover?

We're based in London and take on projects across the South East as standard. For larger commercial and mixed-use schemes we travel further, so it's worth asking even if you're outside that area.

Are you certified and insured for commercial work?

We're a registered limited company, fully insured, and our work is carried out to current BS 7671 requirements by qualified electricians. Certificates and test results are issued on completion of every job.

How do you price a smart building installation?

We survey the site first, then quote against the actual design rather than a ballpark figure. You'll get a breakdown of labour, materials and commissioning so you can see where the money is going.

Can you take over a project another contractor started?

Often yes, provided we can inspect and test what's already been installed. We'll tell you honestly if it's better to redo a section rather than build on top of work we can't stand behind.
